Welcome to my fresh space, more commonly known as Substack. (More affectionately known as my new home). I'm only delighra you're here with me!

Together, we will continue this crazy-delicious journey of mainlining more veg and goodness into our daily lives. Yup. I'm here to help you take the hell out of healthy.

To my new subscribers, well hello there! I’m Susan Jane, wholefood chef, kitchen diva, exhausted mother, and author of three potty-mouthed cookbooks. Don’t worry. Flirting with wholefoods doesn’t need to involve cauliflower smoothies or quinoa cupcakes. No one should be threatened with that.

Every month, I'm planning to send you a few nutrient-rich posts to help ignite your toes and your tonsils. Very soon, we’ll do live cooking classes too.
