Hi, its great to hear someone has done a book on dairy free sugar free, I was just wondering are you going to do any food nights in cork, I would love to attend one, you were great on ray D’Arcy show.

Thanks so much Joann. I hope to do a night in BT’s, Cork, this summer with Domini Kemp. Will send a blog post about it nearer the time, if you want to sign up for the weekly posts. I adore Cork! Can’t wait to return. Thanks for tuning in.

Sarah I was just going to ask you the same thing re Co.Wicklow!? Please say you will be doing a night down the Wicklow Way :-). I am still blissfully on cloud nine as I persistently juggle cooking my way through so many of your recipes in the book and keeping 17 month old baby boy happy. He loved the green pops xx thanks you are an inspiration and the ultimate compliment is that my big burly dairy farmer husband is loving all the recipes so far even if they are not great for his line of business !

Oh golly that’s hilarious! My mum lives in Wicklow, so I will certainly be doing something this summer I promise! Thrilled to hear of your culinary adventures. Do tell your gorgeous hubbie we still have fresh milk in our fridge every day!! My husband can’t live without cheese and yoghurt. xx

Hey there, i was recently in galway on a valentines weekend and since the weather was so bad we just ended up driving around listening to the radio (actually wasn’t so bad!) and i herd you talking about food intolerance’s and it was like a light bulb moment, you basically described me and then i couldn’t wait to get back to Dublin where i could look up your blog! that was three weeks ago and i have since bought your book and am dairy; sugar and wheat free and feeling amazing! I’ve told my mom and sister about it and we were looking to go see you in fallon and byrne but its sold out =( so my question was really, do you  think you might add another night? or perhaps hold another one somewhere else? I feel like i have just started this new adventure and want to immerse myself in it with as much info as possible cause i’m a super nerd when it comes to food (Im a Chef) so it is pretty much my life 🙂 anyway enough rambling, just thought i’d ask!
    thanks a mill for all,
    Aoife
